Turn-by-turn battle system:
#1: The player with the higher speed level starts first.
#2: A player can: - Do a basic move OR - Use a jutsu OR - Use an item once a turn.
#3: Player 2 get's the ability to respond to an offensive move done by player 1. A respond can also be by a - basic move OR - defensive jutsu
#4: Repeat #2 and #3 until one player runs out of HP
The winner gets the amount of HP damage done as exp and twice in ryo.
The loser gets also the amount of damage done as exp but no ryo.
If a player is stunned due to a jutsu effect, he cannot defend from attacks nor use offensive jutsu.
Basic moves:

Attack - users Strength level is the amount you damage your target
Defend - Defense level*2 is amount you reduce damage you take.(this automatically applies when you take damage.)
Evade - RR users Speed level. If result is more than half your opponents, you take no damage.
Rest - Gain the amount of users Jutsu Power level to your Chakra.
Equip - Equip a weapon or use an item in battle. You can also RR Speed, if result is more than 30 instant equip, which doesn't take a turn.
There are 3 types of battles:
1. Spars: Friendly matches which are considered training, this is between 2 shinobi who are in the same village.
2. Duels: Under Construction
3. Death matches: Under Construction
